This basic alarm retrofit is an add on vehicle security system with alarm horn hood open door open trunk open recognition for vehicles that already have factory keyless entry with remote lock/unlock and panic button feature.When equipped with this upgrade your vehicle alarm will sound and the hazard lights flash continuously if there is unauthorized access of a vehicle doors under hood or trunk is attempted.The system does not change security and convenience features already included from the factory such as automatic re-locking welcome home lighting and factory immobilizer system.
